Codec Missing

All of the sudden movies that have worked for month are giving me errors on playback as no codec to play or something to that affect

please help

A few questions to help diagnose the possible problem:

What device are you streaming to (incl. manufacturer & model number)?
What device profile are you using in Mezzmo for this device? Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to see this.
Are you running the latest version of Mezzmo (v2.5.0.0)?
What is the FFmpeg information on one of the files that no longer plays on your device? To get this, right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
Have you recently updated the firmware for your device?
