Hello, ive just started using Mezzmo, really find it amazing.

Streaming from file server to TV via wired network.

been working fine past couple weeks, but today when i try play a movie i get an error saying video format not supported ( Samsung UA32D5000 ), im unsure as to why ? the transcoding is going EXTREMELY slow. although NOTHING has changed, any ideas ?

any help would really be appreciated.

In Mezzmo, please go to the Transcoding pane. Is there just one file being transcoded or many? Also, display Windows' Task Manager (press Ctrl+Alt+Del to display it) and go to the Processes tab. Show all processes from all users. How many "ffmpeg.exe" processes are running? If there are many, then kill them all. Try streaming again.

If that is no help, please turn on logging (http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and re-start your Mezzmo server. Connect to your TV and start streaming. When your transcoding becomes very slow as you mention, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the log files and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
