New User Problems

Downloaded and installed latest paid version of Mezzmo. While playing music, it shows the elapsted time bar but it does not show how far along the song is. Also it will only play one song and stop. Have to choose another song manually and hit play on remote. Even if it is set on play all or random.
Hope I am being clear, not experienced enough with this to give better detail.

Whilst I don't know your device or the device profile you are using, my guess is that your music file is being transcoded so it can play on the device. When transcoding on-the-fly, the length of the transcoded file is initially unknown and some devices are unable to display the duration correctly in this case.

A few questions that will help you configure Mezzmo so it works better:

What device (including model number) do you have?

What device profile has been selected for this device in Mezzmo? Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to see this.

What is the FFmpeg information on one of the music files that you are playing (that has the problem you mention)? To get this, right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
