Random/Shuffle option for VIDEO

I would like to see the ability to make/play random/shuffled playlists of VIDEOS (not audio). Smart playlists will not randomize my dozens of different shows/episodes. I don't want to watch episodes back to back of the same show. Perhaps I am wishing to create the Cable TV experience with a playlist.

Can this be done with Mezzmo? Or if I find a program claiming to create random playlists will Mezzmo recognize it?

Thanks for the suggestion. We do already have Mezzmo server-based shuffle/random playlists on our development plans. Many DLNA devices have a shuffle feature (so you don't need to have shuffle/random playlists in your Mezzmo server) but some media payers don't have this feature. So it's a good idea and one that we will implement in a future version.
