Hello everyone i am new to Mezzmo and looking forward to purchasing what looks like to be a great program. I had some issues at first but after some research i have most of the issues hammered out. The last problem i cant seem to solve is some videos give me audio sync issues. Please find the FFmpeg output below and thank you for any help:

There does not appear to be anything strange with the ffmpeg output. Is it possible that we can download and test one of these MKV files? That way we can reproduce your problem and fix it quickly. Upload the file to a filesharing site and send us the download link to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

For sure. Anyone that is preferred? The file will only compress to 2.92 GB so it needs to be a site that will take that.

No preferred site - you can use whatever you like (rapidshare, mediafire, etc.)

Ok couldnt find a website that would allow the said above file as it was to big. Found another video that would randomly go out of sync. Stopping and resuming play usually fixed it but would later on happen again. Here is the DL link https://rapidshare.com/files/2826068465/Game.of.Thrones.S02E10.720p.HDTV.x264-IMMERSE.mkv

I wanted to add another observation. It only seems to happen to videos that needs to be transcoded.

Thanks for the download link and further feedback. We'll download & test it here with our Xbox 360. Once tested, we'll respond back here.

We tested your MKV just now. Since the MKV format is not supported by Xbox 360, Mezzmo is transcodes your MKV files to ASF (WMV, WMA). In our tests we did not get stuttering/audio sync issues, but it can be dependent on your computer's CPU and RAM. You may get stuttering/audio sync issues if your computer cannot transcode fast enough for streaming to your Xbox 360. We recommend a computer with at least a quad core CPU and 4GB RAM. As a test, try this: Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Pre-transcode Files'. In the Pre-transcode Files dialog, choose your Xbox 360 and click Choose Formats. In the Transcoding Formats dialog, choose the bolded formats. Click OK to begin pre-transcoding and wait until it has finished (see the Transcoding pane for progress). When finished, try streaming the MKV to your Xbox 360 now. Hopefully you should not see any stuttering/audio sync issues. Let me know how you go.
