So I recently purchased and have been using Mezzmo, and have been very pleased with the product and technical support. When I first downloaded the trial, the support team graciously created a device profile for my Netgear NeoTV 550 to get me started, and a friend and I have been working with it (he more than I) and have it just about right. I probably would have made faster progress if the specifications and documentation for creating device profiles was made available. I may just be missing it, is this available somewhere?
