Setting up Panasonic SA-BT230

I'm using the trial version with a veiw to buying, however the set up is proving to be frustrating. I can get some normal video types to play, but for example the MP4 video i can get audio but no video, and the 1 time it did go with the video too, no other file type would play. I'm mainly looking for MKV and MP4 streaming as my windows media server plays everything else. Any suggestions as to the setup?

Please try the 'Panasonic BDP' or 'Panasonic HT' device profiles with this device. Go to the Media Devices dialog to set the device profile. Let us know if you still have problems.
