I have run through trials on wild media, serviio, and now mezzmo.

Mezzmo has the most panasonic viera profiles options out there but still nothing that works perfectly with this set.

My tv will not support divx so these were transcoded ok using the (no divx) profiles (of the two movies i did try to play they kept starting over anytime I would try to fast forward). Further testing others restart as well even without fastforwarding, some times just random.

My tv will support mkv files, but the profiles i tried try to transcode mkv files causing them to skip on my tv.

My tv will also support TS files but these dont even show up in my library where as they played well with serviio and wild media.

Any ideas?

Please choose the (no Divx) device profile and turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Restart your Mezzmo server and connect to Mezzmo from your TV. Stream a variety of files to your TV and any files that do fail, then make a note of them. Stop your Mezzmo server. Right-click on the (failing) files in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Send us this information and also zip up all the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

I forgot to mention that I fixed the TS and m2ts file issue, these were in different folders and can now be viewed correctly.

Some other issues I have noticed while playing with the software. I attempted to pre-transcode all of my divx files to avoid any skipping during playback. The files just sit in the transcoding window with the top one saying "transcoding" and the others below it saying queued. This kept occuring after restart and with leaving it for about an hour to see if it would progress.

Other problem is that the software keeps hanging on me (not responding) and locking up. I dont have the fastest system but I would think I could at least run the software.

Any help is appreciated.

First step, please make sure you are running the latest version of Mezzmo v2.6.3.

For the file in the Transcoding pane that just says 'Transcoding', please right-click on it and click 'View FFmpeg Output'. Send us this information to support [at] conceiva [dot] com for analysis.

We have fixed several lock-ups and crashes for the upcoming Mezzmo release. If you would like, we can send you a patch for you to try. Just contact us at our support email address.
