Folder question

I have a drobo connected to the network. For meezmo I have a TV folder. There are ~120 subfolders. When I click on tv I get matbe 60 folder. Go out and back in and maybe 100 folders. Sometimes I have to go out 2-3 times before I can see all folders. I am running on Netgeat Powerline. Should I try the xbox on wireless? I am on the Meezmo trial trying to get away from Tversity.

My guess is that your DLNA device is timing out when listing this large folder listing. To make sure, please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo on your DLNA device and list the TV folder that you mention. When it displays only a subset of the folders, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
