I've been using Mezzmo for about a year now, and have had the occasion to contact Conveiva support a few times. I would like to acknowledge their excellent support practices: knowledge, quick response, and tenacity to solve any and all problems we users throw at them. And, they are very patient with our questions. I have been in the computer business in one way or another for 40 years, and I know from front line experience that good support after a sale is key to keeping customers and adding new customers for all products, whether hardware or software. The reason Mezzmo works so well today is in large part due to the superb ongoing support and followup we receive from this dedicated group.

So, thanks again!

This is one of the main reason I'm going to buy this product after a full evaluation. The support staff has been excellent and helpful even though I still have not purchased the license.

So keep up the good work!

Edit: And now it is bought, and I´m looking forward to using your product and support. Actually it was your support that convinced me...
