Could I please get some instructions on setting up TV meta data properly using series.xml and/or episode.xml or whatever is the best way to manage this information.

I have my tv setup as such

Drive:\Media\TV\<SeriesName>\<Season.#>\FileName.s01e03.something

I then have Drive\Media\TV added in to Mezzmo and I view through 'folders'. I'm happy to structure them however required to make this work.

If i create episode.xml file using "The TVDB XML Fetcher for the WDTV Live Hub" and save the xml file as the episode name and put it in the season folder named the same as the episode file but .xml, Mezmo doesn't read it when I refresh that folder

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<!-- XML Generated by The XML Fetcher Version Version 1.6.3.1 -->

If i extract a series.xml file from the TVDB (eg: http://www.thetvdb.com/api/D1BD82E2AE599ADD/series/70682/all/en.zip) take the en.xml file out of that zip, rename it to series.xml and put it in Drive:\Media\TV\Oz\ mezzmo doesn't recognise it

if i put it in

Drive:\Media\TV\ and call it Oz.xml it doesn't recognise it either.

A tutorial or guide on how to set this up would be very appreciated.

Ni natslovR,

Thanks for reporting this problem. The current version of Mezzmo (v2.6.7.0) is not correctly reading this variation of series/episode XML files. We've fixed it just now so please contact us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide a patch that will get you up and running.
