I have a Sony BDP-S590. I'm using the Sony BDP, HT, SNP profile. On any file I try (even files that are supported directly from my NAS in native format), I get the message 'file is corrupt or not supported'. I did notice that the formats it is trying to transcode to are a bit off.

The ffmpeg information from one of the MPEG2/MKV that I ripped using MakeMKV is below:

Please contact us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll supply you with an updated device profile that should get you up and running.

I would love a copy of that profile as well since I can't play MKV files with mpeg2 streams (converted with MakeMKV)

Since this thread is over 1 year old, that device profile will be in the latest version of Mezzmo (v3.4.0.0).

Please post the FFmpeg information for the MKV file. Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Also let us know what device profile you are using for your device. Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this.
