Can't read file

hello,

i ve got Pananosinc viera TC-L47E50, on wich i stream movies from win server 2008. Because Pananosinc viera TC-L47E50 doesn't support subtitles for mkv files, i convert the files into .avi!
Now when i start streaming files all works fine but only for 10 minutes, then picture on the tv freezes and i receive message CAN'T READ FILE!

p.s i also pre-transcoded files couse earlyier problem was with to slow transcoding and movie lagged all the time!

Hi Marko,

Please send us a set of logs when you get the 'cannot read file' message on your TV. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Then, stream the AVI file and when you get the 'cannot read file' message on your TV, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
