No Flash support

Both versions of ConvertHQ do not support a major codec: Flash, neither SWF nor FLV. Why?

Currently ConvertHQ does not convert to FLV.
We are considering this feature in the next release of ConvertHQ.

in the meantime, try installing http://www.playflv.com/ , it contains a codec called FLVSplitter and may allow you to read flv files from ConvertHQ.
(although this codec hasn't been fully tested).
