My version of Mezzmo says it is using FFmpeg build date May 15, 2012 yet there is a much newer version available.

How does one update to the newest version? It is not at all obvious and there doesn't seem to be anything in the Help file on this topic.

Thanks.

You need to download the executable version that you want to use and put it in a directory that you know, then in Mezzmo go to Media Server, Transcoding Settings and set the FFMPEG Application folder to the directory where you have put the executable.

The guys from Mezzmo where looking at the latesr FFMPEG Ver 1.0, so they may release this as part of there next release, but I ma sure they will jump in here soon.

stevefoobar,

Try the latest ffmpeg Windows executable here:

http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/
Build 2012-10-10 is working well.

Download the latest version under 32 or 64-bit Builds (Static) .
Extract the ffmpeg.exe file from the 'bin' folder in the archive.
Overwrite the ...\Conceiva\Mezzmo\ffmpeg.exe with this file.
