Most .avi files are not showing up

I was running Mezzmo from a desktop to my Sony Bravia with no troubles. I then lost all my programs on the desktop and now have the 15 day trial going from a laptop to see how that works. Everything seems fine but most of my .avi files aren't showing up, just a few here and there.

I've checked the device profile, restarted it a few times and have done everything else I can think of (like check the properties of the .avi files that are showing up and seeing if they are all consistent in bitrate or whatever) but nothing.

What really has me confused is why only some .avi files show up and not all.

Any suggestions?

Please tell us a few things and we'll be able to determine the problem for you:


What device profile is assign to your TV in Mezzmo? Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to see this.
Please post the FFmpeg information one of the AVI files that is not listed on your Bravia. To do this, right-click on the AVI file and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Also, post the FFmpeg information on one of the AVI files that does get listed on your Bravia.
