Hallo,

i´m actually on evaluating Mezzmo version 2.1.7..

Pro´s
- many settings that can be set!
- Possibility to delete and create playlists, so it is possible to create an individual Folder-Structure f.e.
- profile-settings by device
- status is displayed for library-maintenance

My problem
I have 2 devices:
1 Internet-Radio http://www.sagemcom.com/EN/products/image-sound/ip-radios/menu/internet-radio/my-web-tuner-500.html
1 Samsung BD-C5500 Blurray-Player

My Internet-Radio has problems to connect and list my music-content, i think the configuration of library is fine, for my Internet-Radio i already tried all generic-profiles and i can´t connect to my music-files.

The Samsung BD-C5500 natively supports .mkv Full-HD movies, when conversion is on, the player is playing the movies, but i can see the performance is not well, and the movie is played with delay´s!
Anywhere, because the player is supporting natively .mkv files (also tested those files with usb-drive, was ok), i don´t want to accept any conversion, so i need a solution, where the Samsung BD-C5500 is playing .mkv files without conversion! When i disable conversion i get the message file-format not supported, i also tried here many of the available profiles without success!

Do you have any profiles available for the Samsung BD-C5500?
Do you have any idea for my Internet-Radio?

Thank you!

Hello,

Can you please generate a diagnostic log (see this thread for information: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php?t=419) of trying to access Mezzmo using your radio and send it to support (at) conceiva (dot) com. I'll be able to create a device profile for your radio that will get it going.

Regarding Samsung - when you send in the logs, please also mention it and I'll send you back an updated device profile for the Samsung that may help.

I also am hoping for a modified profile for the BD-C5500. Slightly different issue (dvr-ms files).

Please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and I can send you a new device profile to try.

Dennis,
I'm in the trial stage of mezzmo and I'm having the same issue. Is there a specific profile I can use for the Samsung BD-C5500? If so, would you send that to me?

Make sure you are using the "Samsung BDP" device profile for your Samsung Blu-ray player. In Mezzmo, go to the Media Devices dialog and check the selected device profile for your listed device.

If that does not work, you can try selecting the Samsung A, Samsung B or Samsung C device profiles. Remember to re-start your Mezzmo server each time you make a device profile change.

If still not joy, please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and describe what is not working.
