Hello All,

I've been using Mezzmo for a while now and things have been fine and it's still working fine but I saw something weird last night. I purchased and installed a VPN client. I forgot to turn it off last night before I brought up Mezzmo and noticed that as soon as Mezzmo came up, I got that pop up about a device trying to connect to Mezzmo. I took a look at the IP and results of a netstat show the IP is from the VPN software. My question is:

Will Mezzmo see ANY other IP present on the PC as a device and automatically attempt to add it?

Thanks in advance...

Mezzmo is a DLNA/UPnP media server that receives notifications from any other DLNA/UPnP devices or applications on your home network - including those on your PC that has Mezzmo installed. If you wish to stop a device or application (such as your VPN) from accessing Mezzmo, then you can deny access in the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo.
