Chaptering for Yamaha BDA 100

Is there a way to create chapters for the Yamaha BDA 1010 like there is for the Samsung T.V's?

Unfortunately, no. Samsung TV chaptering is a proprietary feature of Samsung's TV firmware and is not part of any DLNA or UPnP spec. From our experience, Yamaha follows the DLNA spec and does not offer proprietary features like chaptering.
