Hi,

I'm a newbie on Mezzo. Great program but:

I have problem transcoding my audio (mp3) files. Transcoding on the fly or no transcoding at all is not working at all on my Samsung BD-5100.

But if I pre-transcode the files it's working... And it's working also with Windows Media Player (except that I don't have the CD cover displayed)

I have Windows 7 64 bits on an Intel I5 3,4Ghz, a SSD drive on a 1Ghz network. I don't think its a performance problem...

Any hint?

Hi,
this is possibly a problem with permissions due to the files being located on a NAS drive or a location where Mezzmo application can access the files but Mezzmo media server cannot, please see the forum post http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network for information about configuring the server to access your files.

You're right. My music is on a NAS.

I had to create a Windows account WITH a password and the same username on my NAS security but everything is working well now.

Thank's a lot
