I Have A Library Problem

Mezzmo started doing this a few days ago. It adds a lots of playlists with no files in them in my main library. It creates them on its own. I normally just have two folders. Like this: http://i.minus.com/iqJlRIQHs3984.jpg

But sometimes I see many things added on its own on my tv. When I check Mezzmo, I see this: http://i.minus.com/ibzenyDcAiP1MT.jpg

This has happened 3 times. I'm getting sick of keep deleting every one of them. It doesn't even have any files in them. Why does it keep doing this and how can I stop it?

PS: As I was writing this post, I was looking at Settings and when I got out of settings, it happened again. Sooo weird problem.

It's best to send us a set of logs when this happens and we'll be able to see what is going wrong. First step, stop your Mezzmo server and delete the unwanted playlists to get your Mezzmo library as you want it. Then, turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Start your Mezzmo server and use Mezzmo and you normally do. When the playlists re-appear, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
