I have an S2 that cannot play Mezzmo. I have tried all the big players Rock, VLC and VPlayer.

I use MediaHouse to browse.
I dont get any error, I click on the video file I want to play it changes to the player for a second and back to the media browser.

I can see Meezme starts to transcode when I start the file and that finishes.

I believe this happens because the phone is not showing up in the Media devices list at all for some reason.

If you can see Mezzmo listed on your Galaxy S2 and browse playlists and play files (but they stop after a second or two), then I think there are no connection problems. It is probably device profile related (go to Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to dee assigned device profiles). Please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for an updated device profile.

Hi cue on my galaxy S3 I can watch using BubbleUPnP and Moboplayer. BubbleUPnP is a full featured UPnP/DLNA Control Point, UPnP Media Renderer and UPnP Media Server. It will not however display your videos and that is why it needs an external video player. I use Moboplayer and it works fine.

I did not get the phone in "media Devices", it was not listed there.
Browsing/listing files on my phone worked fine, but when I start to play transcoding would start but not play on my phone.
For some reason the phone got listed this morning, no idea why or what triggered it but now its working fine.

Impressed with your support, quick response, thank you.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will try them.
I would like the server to transcode so the phone can save battery. So im going to email Conceiva for that profile.

BubbleUPnP has some serious limitations on the free version.
