View Full Version : Can't start Mezzmo after updating Win 7 - re-install did same

Mezzmo was running fine until the last update to my Win 7. Tried to start Mezzmo and get error message:

The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000006). Click OK to
close the application.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Un-installed and re-installed Mezzmo from a fresh download.

Everything works and able to start correctly that was working before the update. What could be the problem?

Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Then, apply the update and try running Mezzmo again. If you get the same error/crash, then email us all the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com. We'll analyze them to determine what is going wrong.
