I lost a license key/serial number for purchased copy of DLS. Have wrote to support but didn't get any answer yet.

How i can get new key/number, please?

Please email support, or fill in another support request and our support team will send you your license details. You can email support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

It is probable that our reply with your license email has been placed into SPAM because of all the random characters that are included in the license. This time we will include your license details in an attachment when and hopefully this will get passed your spam filter.
