File Not Found issue

Any assistance is appreciated. I am using Mezzmo V 2.7.1.0, try to stream video to a Sony Bravia KDL-60EX701. I see the files via the thumbnails on my TV, but when I click on the thumbnails it says "File Not Found". The file type that I am trying to read are: VOB, FLV, AVI, MP4, MKV. At this point, it appears that only VOB files are able to be viewed with no issues; and the rest results in the "File Not Found" message. I have tried using the following device profiles but to no avail: Sony Bravia KDL (2010), Sony Bravia KDL (MP4), Sony Bravia KDL (NTSC), and Sony Bravia KDL W.

Hi,
it could be an issue with mpegts support, your TV appears to be a 2010 model so the best profile for it would be the Sony Bravia KDL (2010) but if you are having trouble getting videos to play using this profile we need to see some log files to determine the cause of the problem, please enable diagnostic logging http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging and then after restarting your Mezzmo media server try streaming an FLV, AVI, MP4 or MKV and then after it fails to play send us the logs so that we can see the details of the problem. Send the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
