Mezzmo 3.0 Media server crashes

Have just upgraded to V.3 but everytime it starts the media server crashes. I have attached the dump file it creates.

i've had the problem that the install didn't put files in the deviceprofiles folder. have a look at C:\ProgramData\Conceiva\Mezzmo\DeviceProfiles and check if there are files. if it's empty do a repair install. you can find the setup package under C:\Program Files (x86)\Mezzmo\auTemp or C:\Program Files\Mezzmo\auTemp.

Excellent troubleshooting, fastbuck.

If any other users get this problem, I recommend downloading the full installer from http://www.conceiva.com/downloads. Close Mezzmo and Mezzmo server is they are running and then run the installer. Choose to do a Repair and that will ensure that the full file set is installed into the correct locations.
