My assets are currently located on a NAS. I set up access to the nas and can see the items but the directory and file listings take a long time to display on the host machine from the Mezzmo UI. When I try to playback on my TV, I cannot get past the initial folder list before it tells me that it has timed out. The NAS is Synology and am running a gigabit network. Using the DLNA player from the NAS itself does not present this problem but i would like to use Mezzmo due to its transcoding abilities.

Are there any logs which i can provide in order to help troubleshoot this issue?

Thanks

Paul

We would like to see a set of logs & improve the listing speed. Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo and browse the folder that times out. When it times out, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
