Hi firstly great software, I have a Lg BDH9000 Blu-ray player but I am not getting any thumbnail art from movies or music
on the player it self, I have run all my movies on Meta-data and have all artwork working on Mezzmo.
Is it possible to get them to work on the player?
the album art / thumbnails work on my E series Samsung TV but I would like to have the benefits of scrolling movie art on the LG home theater
and watchng with surrond sound.

Some devices don't display artwork/thumbnails for music or movies. However, we do see artwork/thumbnails with our LG Blu-ray player (different model to yours).

Try this: Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo and check that you are using the "LG BuRay' device profile. Restart your Mezzmo server and try again. If still a problem, then please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo server using your LG and browse a movie or music playlist. When no thumbnails are displayed, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

I wonder if there has been a resolution to this problem. I also have an LG Blu-Ray player that does not display any artwork/thumbnails. I just upgraded to Mezzmo v3.010 but still have the same problem.

Please send us a set of logs and we'll see what is going wrong. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo using your LG device and browse some folders/playlists. When you see no thumbnails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and emali them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
