If the video is transcoding on-the-fly, then some devices do not FF/REW very well (since the transcoded file is being created and you may be trying to FF/REW to a location in the file that is not created yet). In this case, your device may give up and skip to the next file. We should be able to see this in a set of logs. Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo using your device and reproduce the skipping problem you mention. After that, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

One thing you can try is to pre-transcode your video before streaming it. This means the already transcoded file will just be streamed directly to your device and no further transcoding on-the-fly will take place. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Pre-transcode Files'. After the file has been completely transcoded (see the Transcoding pane for progress), try streaming the file again. You should be able to FF/REW now.
