Evening,

have a set of file which came from my webcam, currently hosting on www.ivideon.com. The videos play fine on PC with out any problems.
However, I am unable to stream to any device on my network via Mezzmo, Sony S370 or Hitach (2011) TV.
In fact these file actually crash my Sony DVD player

FFmpeg info for the files show below:
Using Mezzo 3.0.1.0
Thanks in advance for any help,

Regards,
Adam.

Hi Adam,

For your Sony BDP S370, choose the 'Sony BDP, HT, SMP' device profile. Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to set this. Try streaming the AVI file. If no better, then edit your Sony BDP device in Mezzmo and in the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and turn off transcoding and delete transcoded files. Now try to stream the AVI file. If no better, turn transcoding back on and then turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Restart your Mezzmo server. Stream the AVI file to your Sony BDP and when it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. We'll analyze your logs to see what may be going wrong. If the AVI is small (<10MB), then please email it to us and we will test it here with our Sony BDP S370 or you can upload it to a filesharing site like dropbox, mega or rapidshare and will download it.

Thanks for the info Paul.

Mezzmo correctly identified my player and set the profile to 'Sony BDP, HT, SMP'.

I'll try the other options when back home today and let you know the results. For now I'll email you one of the files shortly.

Watch this space :)

Cheers,
Adam.

Disabling the transcoder setting did not work. So I'll email over the logs to you shortly.

Cheers,
Adam.
