I've been using mezzmo for a good amount of time now, and fully understand this simple and easy to use program. I love it, but since this patch, It does not show folders on both of my tvs. I have uninstalled/repaired/reinstalled a few times already and that did not do the trick. I just did a test with 1 folder of mine. "HD MOVIES" in caps for example is the folder. After its created mezzmo does its thing, and posts when i click "library" and look at the bottom its shows "Total Folders 1". I dont remember from my past working version if this is normal but this doesnt look right. Yes it has 1 folder "HD MOVIES" but there are many sub directories which it does not seem to see/post to my tv. In the mezzmo program I click library;Video;Folder;HD MOVIES and it shows all my sub folders for my movies. On My tv i go to Allshare;Click my mezzmo icon;Videos;Folders;HD MOVIES And nothing is there under the main folder i created HD MOVIES. Yes, HD MOVIES folder is there, but no sub folders under HD MOVIES! I can click on Recently added on my tv and walla it shows all the files for my movies. They all play to perfection no issues there. Why are these Sub folders not showing?!?!? Totally confused.

Hi Nick,

If your movies are coming from a NAS drive or another computer, then the reason is most likely related to access permissions. See the FAQ to fix the problem - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network

Ok, I followed up with you on this. This is what did the trick.

I Basically had to input my user name and password for the service which worked, my confusion tho is why the heck did i have to do this after upgrading my mezzmo, when I've never done this before? I remember during a installation it asking me for my password to log into my windows account, but just once and that was a LONG time ago with a way older version. Any info on this would most likly help alot of other mezzmo users, and im sure some are having the same problem i did after upgrading. Thank you again for the fast reply and getting me back up and running.
Oh and yes this is a NAS drive FYI.

To access these credentials you may need to change the Mezzmo server Windows service from using the Local System account to log on using the user account where you added these credentials. To do this, go to Windows Services (via Administrative Tools) and display the Properties window for the Mezzmo Windows service. On the Log On tab, you will see the following:

Select "This account" and enter the user name and password that provides access to your account. This will allow the Mezzmo server Windows service to access files and folders using your stored credentials.
