If the .srt file has the same filename and is in the same folder as the movie, Mezzmo will let the TV know that there're subtitles, after that it's up to the TV to display them or not. Is there any menu item that turns the subtitles on/off on your TV?

I have a Samsung UE46B7000 and I have the same problem. The TV is perfectly capable of displaying SRT subtitles (if you read files directly from a pen drive or samsung share manager). But Mezzmo does not display the SRT subtitles. Yes, they are in the same folder and have the same name. Also, they don't appear in the library of Mezzmo. Can this point somewhere?

Subtitles won't appear in the Library, but will be picked up by the server if they're found along with the video file. Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then browse a folder which has files with subtitles and try to play one of them. After a few seconds of the file playing, please stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com for further investigation.
