Xbox 360 problem

So i contacted your service and got a patch for my problem of video cuting 15-20min til the end and it worked for some time and now it startted happenig again! i tryed patch again but nothing i even try pretranscoding and still same problem! now video cuts out 40min till the end or so! I realy dont understand i worked perfectly and just stoped!? From the log i got this among other things ERROR> Transcoder: NO CURRENT CONTAINER! (2002)

I sent my logs from the email i registered on forum! Iam waiting for you replay! i like software very much but this problem is realy frustrating!
