Since my mezzmo updated yesterday im having problems with things bieng able to see Mezzmo.
On my xbox 360 Mezzmo is listed when I try to play music but it wont connect - saying 'unable to connect to the computer. A firewall may be blocking the connection'.
My WD TV simply refuses to see mezzmo at all.

I opened the devices list and removed both of these items from the device list - expecting to get the popup asking if they could connect. But I dont see the popup.

Further to this I have it working again.
I checked the 'Allow all new devices to connect' box - which was previously unchecked (though I dont recall unchecking it).
Then the popup appeared about the 'missing' devices.

I have the same problem since 3.0.2 on my xbox as well though sadly my "Allow all new devices" is ticked.
The Xbox sees mezzmo but I try and play anything and all I get is 'unable to connect to the computer. A firewall may be blocking the connection'

Thanks

Hi marmy,

Send us a set of logs and we'll see what is the problem. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Try streaming a file to your Xbox and when it fails as you say, stop your Mezzmo serve rand exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
