Help With streaming .mkv to Sony BDP-S590

I recently purchased the Sony BDP-S590 and am using Mezzmo. Mp4's work fine under the profile "Sony BDP, HT, SMP (2012 Model)" but the .mkv doesn't even show up under that profile. I've checked a few other profiles and turning transcoding on and off, always says the file is corrupt or missing (plays fine on pc). I read a few other posts, and tried to include the stuff people were asking for to help out. Below is the FFmpeg for it. Any help would be awesome! Thanks!

Thanks for the information. It's best we see a set of logs to see what Mezzmo is delivering to your Sony BDP. Please use the 'Sony BDP, HT, SMP (2012 models)' device profile. Then turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your Sony BDP and try listing your MKV file. When it fails to list, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the log files and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
