Currently using TVersity Pro v1.8 Beta as it is the last version that supports DirecTV receivers. I am considering replacing it with the Mezzmo product. So, trying out the v3.0.2 version in Trial mode. Profile for my receiver is the built in HR24 (MP3) choice. Right off the bat, I am very much impressed with the picture quality improvements that the Mezzmo streaming provides over TVersity. I have my movies folders split up amongst three different hard drives in my PC (D:\Movies, E:\Movies and M:\Movies). Under all of them are a split up of sub-directories beginning with a subset of the letters of the alphabet. For example, under C:\Movies there are directories A, B, C, etc. through letter H.

The issues I am having is I cannot tell which folder is which, and the folders are empty when trying to see their contents on my HR24 receiver. On the receiver, I
1) navigate to the appropriate music and videos function under Extras.
2) Select the Mezzmo server.
3) Select Video.
4) Select Folders.

Since I have the three folders configured as described above, there are three of them, and they all show up as just "Movies" in the list. I assume I have to rename them in some way to make them more distinctive. The other issue is when I select any of them, the HR24 receiver throws up the message "There are no files in this folder." on the screen with just an OK button to clear it.

Resolving these, I will definitely purchase this software. Please advise. Thanks!

Looks like I got it figured out by removing the items that show up empty on my DirecTV receivers from the Mezzmo library. Then I set up regular and smart playlists instead.

The reason for empty folders is most likely due to access permissions - see this FAQ: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network

I will look into that, but probably won't need it since I solved the issue with playlists. Thanks for the response!
