Mezzmo database backup

I want to backup the Mezzmo database just in case I should lose my hard drive. Based on another post on the forum, I've found the Mezzmo database location but I'm looking for a little clarification on a couple of things.

1) What files do I need to backup in the C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Conceiva\Mezzmo folder in order to recover the database? Do I just need the Mezzmo.db file or should I backup all of the *.db files in this directory?
2) There is a folder named 'TranscodingFiles' located in the Mezzmo directory, which is currently around 22 GB in size and currently has 4 sub-folders located within. 3 of the 4 sub-folders were created prior to January of this year and the last one was created 2 weeks ago. Do I need to backup the 'TranscodingFiles' folder in order to recover my Mezzmo setup? What is this folder being used for and can I delete the older folders and just keep the most current one that was created two weeks ago?

Some answers:

1) The "Mezzmo.db" is the main database file - but I suggest you back up all the *.DB files, *.INI files and .TXT files.

2) The TranscodingFiles folder contains all the video, music, photo and subtitle files that Mezzmo has transcoded so far so that you could stream your files to your devices in your home. You can skip backing this folder up if you wish, but just note that this means you will need to re-transcode your files the next time you play them on your restored Mezzmo. The sub-folders under TranscodingFiles represent the various devices that you are streaming to on your home network.

Thanks for the info Paul. I'll definitely check out the Mezzmo Backup application, that looks like that could be very useful.
