Just curious given I've purchased the full version a couple years ago, am I able to do a full uninstall and download fresh? I've reached the point that I simply cannot get full cooperation between my network/security software, mezzmo, and my DirectV boxes and want to start over. I've been fighting it for months and just when it's fixed, it's non functioning again. So if it meant I might solve the dilemma, I'm willing to lose playlists, etc. and start over. So is that possible, I'm not going to have to pay again am I?

if you send an email to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and supply us with the name and/or email address you used when you purchased Mezzmo we can send you your serial number and license key so that you can re-install.
