Streaming to two different t.v.'s, same movie, and subtitles keep showing.
I've unchecked "Stream external subtitles" & "Stream embedded subtitles" under Tools-Options-Subtitles.
I've tried turning off subtitles at both t.v.s and both report there is no subtitle information present.
Both t.v.s are using Sony SMP-N100 media devices and I don't see an option in the settings of these devices to turn subtitles off.
X-box 360, same thing. And I have the closed captioning turn off on it (I verified twice).

I've even removed the .sub file from the directory, restarted Mezzmo server and it STILL plays with subtitles (this one honestly has me stumped a bit).

If I use the Windows Media Server on all these devices.... no subtitles.

What am I doing wrong????

Possibly the video has been transcoded by Mezzmo and Mezzmo has burnt the subtitles into the video. To fix this, right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and delete all the transcoded files listed there. Now try to stream the video again to your device(s). If they still appear, then go back to the Properties dialog for the video file and go to the Subtitles tab. Uncheck all the subtitles listed there. This tells Mezzmo not to stream them to your device. If still no success, then post the FFmpeg information on the video. Right-click on the video and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
