Mezzmo won't start after failed update.

I was updating to 3.1.1 (I think) and something caused the install to fail. Now when I try to start Mezzmo, I get an error message - "The procedure entry point ?ClearMemory@CVA_DownloadEngine@cva@@QAEXXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library CVA_DownloadEngine.dll"

If I go to the Conceiva folder on C: and run the update tool, it tells me Mezzmo is up to date.

Any ideas? I bought Mezzmo April 2, 2012

Problem solved. Found the update file, ran it, 'Ignored' the files that could not be extracted and it installed fine. Had to re-register and enter my key, but all settings were retained.

Glad you sorted it out. We'll check the installer to make sure the fileset is OK.
