I have a playback issue. This file does not play on any device :)
VLC played it just fine.

Can you look at it please.

Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Try streaming the video to your device and, when it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

From the logs we could see that the transcoding was failing, possibly due to the copying of the subtitles into the new file, you can try right-clicking on the file in Mezzmo and going to properties then uncheck all the subtitles listed and click 'OK' then try playing the file.
