I've got a shared folder on my hard drive wich contains a folder with all my music videos on it. I would like to that folder show up directly in my PS3 as it shows the default smart playlists called "Genre" or "Year". I guess that I have to create a smart playlist filtering by file route. I'm trying to do it making the filtering rule like "any rule" > "file route" > "equal" (i've tried it with "contain" too) and typing on the text dialog for the main folder on the system route tree and it don't show it.

I guess that I am not using that feature properly. Can I have an explanation for what that feature works?

In the tree view of your library (usually at the top left), right-click the item under which you want your folder to appear and select Add... > Add Folder. (If you’re used to using the tool bar rather than right-clicking, you can do it that way, too: just click the Add To Library button instead of the Create Playlist button, and select Add Folder.)

That will lead to a Browse For Folder dialog. (Shared folders will be under the Network entry.) Select the folder you want. You can change the name by which the folder appears in your library, and a few other options, in the Folder Properties dialog which follows; then click OK to add it to your library.

Thank you for your reply! Should the added folder to the library show on the DLNA client? Because of the shared video folder added to the library don't! For run any one of that files I have to do it from the main "All your videos" playlists showed in the client. The playlists "video" show that folder empty. That's what I wanted to do that. Is it an issue of the lastest version? (I'm using last one available on the website, 3.2) That folder on the manager showed all the files and subfolders.

If your shared folder of files is not displaying on your DLNA client, then this suggests an access permissions issue for Mezzmo server. We have a good FAQ that will help solve this problem - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network.
