Everything looks good for ISO on the latest build. BUT, I get "file corrupt or not supported" when I attempt to play. I have a new Sony S590. Also cannot pre-transcode the ISO. Do I need to? If so, how?

Side Note: There still needs to ne better control on what we pre transcode. I find a lot of files that do not need to be pre transcoded. I should be able to tell Mezzmo to just pre transcode *.mkv files or a list of extension types.

You can pre-transcode your ISO videos. If you get a message like "No files were queued for transcoding since they match formats that are supported by the selected devices", then select the "Pre-transcode files even if they match the device's supported formats" checkbox in the Pre-transcode Files dialog and then click OK.

Regarding your side-note, pre-transcoding is based on the device you are pre-transcoding for and the device profile that is assigned to that device. The device profile tells Mezzmo what formats are supported and what formats Mezzmo should transcode to.

If you want to (say) just pre-transcode your MKV files, then go to Videos -> File Type in the Mezzmo tree. Right-click on MKV in the Mezzmo tree and click 'Pre-transcode Playlist'. This will pre-transcode all the MKV files in that playlist or folder.
