For some reason after release of Version 3.2.0.0, I am unable to play files listed as MPEG without pre-transcoding first.

My library consists of folders for movies and TV shows. When a movie is added to a folder it is listed as an M2TS and will auto play on my Sony BDP-S580 (Profile-Sony BDP, HT, SMP). When a tv show is added to it's folder it is listed as an MPEG and when trying to play says "File is corrupt or unsupported". If I pre-transcode the tv show to mpegts/h264/ac3 it is then listed as M2TS and plays perfectly.

Prior to this release, I was able to stream movies or tv shows to two different entertainment systems simultaneously without pre-transcoding any files.

FFmeg info for 2 scenarios attached.

Thanks, Ken517518

The same thing has been happening to me since 3.0 came out or a little earlier with the same BluRay player.

Are you up and running, or is it still an issue? If still an issue, then please email us at support [at conceiva [dot] com with more details and we'll fix it up.

So I replaced the prf file and tried both the Sony BDP, HT, SMP and Sony BDP, HT, SMP (2012) models. Neither profile worked. The first one did the same thing. The second one listed them as AVI files and wouldn't play them.

Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo and edit your device. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and delete your transcoded files. Try streaming again.

If no better, email us a set of logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com when the problem occurs and we'll look into it further.

We may have fixed your issue and can provide an updated device profile. Let us know what device you are streaming to and what device profile is assigned to your device in the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo.

I am using Sony BDP-Bx37 with (Sony BDP, HT, SMP) profile and Sony BDP - S580 with (Sony BDP, HT, SMP) profile.

Is this one newer than the one you sent me about a week or week and a half ago?

No - it's the same 'Sony BDP, HT, SMP' device profile that we sent you.
