Xbox Error 04-800705b4

My xbox is now giving me this error when I try to stream files from mezzmo.
It offers the (not very) useful suggestion of trying to play music from the dashboard. However I get this message even when I try to play from the dashboard.

Any suggestions ?

The music file may not be compatible for your Xbox 360. Do you have transcoding turned on? Check the Transcoding Settings dialog and make sure the "Turn off transcoding for all connected devices" checkbox is unchecked. And, go to the Media Devices dialog and edit your Xbox 360 device. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and make sure the "Transcode incompatible media files" checkbox is checked.

If no better, then post the FFmpeg information for the music file. Right-click on it in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
