Mezzmo 3.2 in Sharp Aquos LC40LE630E

Hello
Mezzmo has been working correctly since years.
Some weeks ago started working slowly when browsing on the tree (from Sharp TV) and even disconnecting when arrive to 3rd or 4th level.
\Mezzmo\Video\Folders\Series\X Files\Season 1\Episode 1

Sharp TV is automatically detected by Mezzmo as Philips TV 8000 (2011 models) and do not works properly using Sharp Aquos profiles.

Any suggestion?

Hi Lluis,

Please send us a set of logs and we'll understand what is going wrong. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your TV and reproduce the browsing problem you mention. When it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
