can't stop media server-Mezzmo locks up

Hi everyone. For some time, Mezzmo won't let me stop the server. It locks up. I have reinstalled and I still have the same thing. I tried repair from the Control Panel and still the same thing. Any suggestions?

Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Wait a few minutes. Then try to stop your Mezzmo server. After it locks up, use Windows Task Manager to stop it. Exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
