Mezzmo server FTP support

I have a mezzmo server running on my local network from which I stream local content to my media centers. However I also store a bunch of stuff on a dedicated FTP server online.
It would be really great if mezzmo could read those files and add them to the library among all my local files! Could this be possible in the near future?

An upcoming version of Mezzmo will have URL streaming support for streaming media from web sites. ftp:// is one type of URL (others are http://, rtsp://, etc.) , so it certainly may be possible. We'll discuss it here as we develop the URL streaming features.
