WHS 2011 File Server + Windows 7 Mezzmo machine = no video appearing PS3

hey, iv got a windows home server 2011 machine that holds all my videos (MKV, MP4, AVI), and i have it connected to my windows 7 mezzmo machine using credential manager, so there is no problems there as mezzmo sees all the movies, etc, when i switch on my playstation 3 i get as far as selecting the video folder in mezzmo, then it brings up no videos found. any ideas?

The problem is still most likely due to access permissions for Mezzmo server (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network). It's best you capture a set of logs and we'll know exactly the reason. Turn on logging (http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce no videos listed on your PS3 and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
