hi there,

can anyone from team mezzmo help me with a change in the samsung bdp device profile? i would love the profile to transcode mov files because somehow apple changed their codec on the newest trailers (for a weeks now) and my bdp-d5300 doesn't recognize the video codec anymore. what do i need to change in the device profile?

Hi fastbuck,

Let us know the FFmpeg information on a MOV that plays OK on your Samsung BDP and a MOV that does not work. To get this, right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Email this to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide the tweaked device proflle.
